Determine the best armor in length for your lifestyle. Italian woven come in 12, 14, 16 and 20 inches in length, and you can prune before or after they are committed. If you have an active lifestyle and a longer duration, consider wearing your hair upwards and covering it while you sleep. You can always wear it down on special occasions.

Use a hair clip to keep the hair on the top of your head upward and out of the way. From the temple, part evenly on each side of your hair, move the comb from the front to the back, ending by the centre. Gently twist the hair and use the claw of the secure above your head.

Downstairs, leaving a small band of your own hair, part your hair in the back up to your ears. Use the hair clips to keep the your hair out of the way so you can measure your neck through.

Use a piece of string to measure the distance between your ears on the back. Grasp the end and hold it to the ear and stretch the chain through the distance and the other ear. Cut the string is equal to the distance.

Remove the clips and continue the process of cutting and measuring chain. For each line, move an inch upward on the back of your head. As you measure for each line, tape the strings to a piece of paper and label each of them.

Layout the armor on a large flat surface. Using measured chains estimate, pretty layout sections of frame for each row that you want to fill. Don't forget that you will work the neck upward, both layout sections of weaving in the same order.

Begin the process of collage frame from your scalp to the nape of the neck. Yet once, part your hair in the back of one ear to the other and cut your hair, leaving a small band of your own hair down.

Apply a thin layer of glue of hair on each section of frame extension and a thin layer along the part. Allow glue to dry slightly, until it feels tacky. This technique will allow the frame to stick securely to your scalp.

Working from the Center, press each section tightly against the scalp. The glue will dry quickly, so place each section carefully. For a natural look, leave about a 1/4 inch of space for your own hair to each end of the part. Repeat this process until the desired number of lines is glued in place.
