Create steam rooms in the bathrooms

Spread thick and clean towels on your bathroom floor. Thick towels cover vents or cracks in the ground to prevent the steam from the bathroom.

Close the door of the bathroom and run thick of the Ribbon around the door where it meets the frame. This covers the slot where steam can escape but still marks it easy to open the door. Repeat this step with all the other doors in the bathroom.

Wrap a thick towel and place it against the bottom of the door, once again, to prevent the steam from escaping.

Fill your steam humidifier and turn it on according to the instructions accompanying the product. The humidifier additional offering of warm moisture in the bathroom.
