Shower before bed. After having washed your body, apply an Exfoliating Scrub for your bearings with circular strokes, rubbing for a minute to Slough away dead skin that accumulates. Rinse with warm water.

Pat knees dry and apply sesame seed oil, rubbing it carefully. Five or six drops will work, but if your knees are extremely dry, add a little more. Rub it in and let the skin dry for 10 minutes.

Rub in the lotion butter of Shea in bearings. Wear shorts or a dress that allows your legs to discover for the treatment of night.

Take two socks long tube and cut to the footer of each area. Before getting into bed, apply a thick layer of milk Shea knee-deep, but don't rub it all in. Make sure that the knees get a good layer of lotion.
