Sweating bad control & smell
Instructions
Control of sweating and body odor
1
Don't forget to stay clean and bathe every day and using SOAP to wash yourself. Good hygiene, for example in the shower after gym, is an important way to keep the bad body odor away. For help with perspiration, consider shaving the underarms. Hair slows the evaporation of perspiration, increasing sustainable odors.
2
After the bath, do not forget to apply a deodorant or antiperspirant. Deodorants generally have a pleasant smell and they acidify your skin, preventing bacteria to grow and spread. Antiperspirants reduce sweat by temporarily blocking the apocrine glands. You can find a product containing both at a local pharmacy.
3
Be aware of how you are dressing. Cotton, linen, wool or silk is all natural materials that allow your body to breathe, to reduce odors. In addition, how you eat can make a difference too. a diet rich in red meat, onions and garlic together can give you an unpleasant body odor. Finally, make a note of everything you put in your body, including the tobacco or alcohol. These two can come through your skin, giving you an offensive smell.
