Compliance with federal laws
The Georgia State must follow the Federal law when it comes to hair removal, which stipulates that lasers are 'prescription' devices that cannot be sold over-the-counter and can only be used by trained and authorized laser.

Licences and levels
Wizard laser practitioners must be licensed as beautician beauty therapist, nurse or masters degree and have received at least three certificates for having attended, pulse laser/light approved courses. A senior practitioner laser possesses all the qualities listed above, as well as three years of clinical knowledge and a licence or a national board certification as a doctor. Licences should be updated twice per year. If you have a license in a State which has reciprocity with the Georgia, guests in distance practical laser procedures by paying a fee to the State Agency.

Doctor on-site
The State of Georgia requires that a doctor is on the spot where the laser procedures are performed. In addition, it should be able to respond to any emergency within a maximum of 30 minutes. It is also recommended that doctors consider potential patients laser hair removal until the procedure runs.

Disqualifications
Georgia Cosmetic Laser Services Act, potential or existing laser practitioners may be refused or lose their licences because of factors such as the use of mental instability, drugs or alcohol and the unsanitary conditions.
