A better diet. First is to help maintain the appearance of your skin, by eating more fruits and vegetables. Not just fruits and vegetables. You want more vitamins, including A, C and E in your diet. A wrinkle cream called retinoid or Retin-A cream contains a lot of vitamin a. Many wrinkle creams on the market contains these three vitamins. Therefore apply these foods to your diet.

Vitamin A from foods: carrots, spinach and kale

Food vitamin C: strawberries, boccoli, cantaloupe, and papaya.

Food vitamin E: avocado, spinach and olives.

Drink plenty of water. Drinking plenty of water helps keep your skin moisturized. Keep your skin hydrated help prevent the fight against aging, wrinkles and spots on the skin. Make a honey and avocado mask. Apply 2 tablespoons honey, 1/4 avocado mashed potatoes and egg white. Apply to entire face and leave it there 15-20 minutes. Wash with water.

Make a cucumber mask. Use 2 tablespoons of cucumber juice. You can use a blender to make cucumber juice. Most stores do not carry actual cucumber juice. Apply an egg white, one teaspoon of lemon juice and a few dabs of oil of vitamin E. It is a mask for the eyes. Appliquer apply on the face, leave it there for 10-15 minutes. Then wash with warm water.
