Use a Laser IPL

Instructions

Shave or trim the hair in the area you wish to treat so that the light is absorbed by the hair follicle and not the hair above the skin level. Do not tweezers you, wax or depilatory cream use.

Clean the area using mild soap or cleanser gentle. The skin should be clean and free of deodorant, fragrance, make up or other cosmetic products.

Apply a thick layer of conductive gel to the area to be treated using a spatula. (Skip this step if your device works without conductive gel.)

Place the base of the IPL device on a firm, flat surface. Plug it in and turn it on.

Select the appropriate setting for your complexion.

Place the flat handset against the skin to treat and apply firm pressure. Close your eyes or look away when you press the shutter release button to emit a pulse of light. Some devices make a noise - like a pop or click - to indicate that a pulse of light was delivered to your skin. The treated area may be slightly warm.

Position the handset against the next update of skin to be treated without leaving a gap or overlap of the area treated by previous pulse.

Wait until the handset to recharge and get ready for the next signal, usually denoted by a 'ready' led or beep.

Press the trigger button to issue an another pulse of light.

Continue in this way until you have covered the whole of the area to be treated.

Fabric out of the conductive gel (if applicable).

Apply a moisturizing lotion fragrance free or pure aloe vera gel to soothe the skin in the treated area.
