Apply a dry on your hair roots shampoo before you train. Lightly spray so that you do not weigh down your hair with the product. The dry shampoo will help keep sweat from seeping into the hair near your scalp while you exercise.

Pull the hair into a loose ponytail and wrap an elastic hair autour straighten hair a few times so that it does not distort the hair. Twist the ponytail into a loose coil and wrap around the base of the ponytail to create a chic chignon. Push a few pins to hair in the bun to keep hair in place. If you have short hair, straighten your hair back and keep them out of your face with a few pins hair carefully arranged.

Brooches pins Cogne to keep them out of your face if you have them. Fringe tends to absorb sweat and hang down in the eyes during the exercise. Pull them back and turn gently to give it a bit of texture to the top of your head. Insert two hairpins in the twist keep the fringe of your face.

Wear a soft along your hairline cotton Panel while you work to prevent perspiration build up in your hair. Consider a banner with an embellishment to create a look distinctive gym.
