Clean, moisturize and prevent

Clean and exfoliate. Dry skin can leave your face feeling rough and dull, so slough away dead cells gently with a wet washcloth. Avoid facial scrubs, as they can be too harsh for dry skin. To wash a makeup of the day, are looking for a cleaner soft which is free of sodium lauryl sulfate, which will only dry your pores still more. Ingredients milk-based cleaners are very moisturizing and soothing, but if you can't find a cleansing milk, you can simply use regular milk. Make a pause in your normal solution three days a week and wash your face with 3 ounces of milk instead. Milk massage into your skin with a washcloth and you'll be exfoliating, too.

Moisturize. After you have exfoliated and cleaned your skin, restore moisture with the face cream right for your skin type, the region and the situation. If you have sensitive skin, stick with lotions that are fragrance and allergen free. Aging of the skin will benefit from a night cream firming. During the day, choose a cream that contains SPF to protect your skin from further damage. If you have extremely dry skin, apply a hydrating aloe masque once a week. This not only moisturizes the skin, but also helps reduce redness.

Prevent dry skin to occur in the future. Once you've addressed these rough spots, make sure that they reappear by taking preventive measures. Omega-3 fatty acids in the oil of fish or flaxseed oil supplements supplements hydrate your skin from the inside and offer the added benefit of making your hair super shiny. Continue your routine of gentle Exfoliator, cleaning, moisturizing with night creams and protect your skin with SPF.
