Place a sheet of plastic, like a painter tarpaulin or waterproof waterproof covering over a couch or other soft surface where you will be comfortable to ask for an hour. Organize a pillow or two for your comfort.

Add other equipment to stimulate relaxation. For example, light candles or play soft, soothing music. Place a bottle of water near the station for hydration.

Lie still for about an hour. Set a timer, if necessary, in the event that you fall asleep. Remove the covers and towels and take a cold or warm bath.
