Wrap a rubber band around the top of the CAP to create a handle on smooth ceiling material. Try turning the cap off the area enclosed in the waiting rubber band.

Fill a small bowl of warm water. Return the nail polish bottle and submerge the entire cap in the water, but not the body of the bottle.

Soak the bottle in hot water for one to two minutes. Remove the water bottle and try to turn the CAP distributed.

Apply a small amount of nail polish on a cotton swab and dab around the base of the nail Cap. Let it soak for a minute and then unscrew the CAP.
